KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend Tech Pack and Sewing Meetings with cross-functional teams to identify effective pattern construction methods.
Ensure patterns align with design intent and creation processes, minimizing errors for seamless bulk production.
Communicate technical knowledge effectively among stakeholders to address and resolve clarifications.
Verify patterns against samples to identify and rectify technical issues proactively.
Accurately grade patterns as per customer specifications and ensure samples meet required standards before dispatch.
Engage with factories at critical points like DRA, PDRA, and FI, providing precise product-related information.
Support costing, sampling, and ordering processes by delivering accurate patterns and documents promptly.
Monitor Critical Paths to align with the product development plan and ensure timely progress.
Lead performance improvement projects while adhering to Lean Manufacturing principles.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or relevant postgraduate diploma in textiles.
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar capacity.
Attention to detail with a product-oriented approach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a flair for innovation
