The commercial Executive plays a vital role in driving the successful development and introduction of new products. By managing procurement, coordinating testing, evaluating suppliers, and optimizing supply chain processes, this role ensures smooth operations and supports business growth. It also offers a clear career path, with the potential to advance to a Commercial Manager.

Job Profile

• Coordinate the end-to-end process of new product launches, ensuring timely sample delivery and smooth operations.
• Collaborate with R&D to facilitate product testing and maintain product documentation.
• Ensure seamless communication with all stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards throughout product development.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to expand the product portfolio and improve cost efficiency
• Assist in managing import procurement, ensuring timely order placement and supplier order tracking.
• Provide operational and administrative support to enhance procurement processes.

Personal Profile

• 1 -2 years of experience In sourcing, supply chain, or a similar role
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Ability to multitask and collaborative approach to working with cross functional teams..
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with analytical thinking.

• Proficiency in MS Office packages. Hands-on experience using ERP systems and supply chain tools will be an added advantage.
