The position holder will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructures, including both physical and virtual server environments such as Windows, Open Source, and VMware. In this crucial role, you will oversee our cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance and security. Job Profile
-Manage and maintain the organization's physical and virtual server environments(Windows,Open Source,VMware, etc.).
-Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar) and hybrid environments.
-Administration and support enterprise applications, including O365, endpoint protection and ITSM tools.
-Ensure the availability and performance of server systems by applying patches and updates as needed.
-Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
-Oversee the regular backup and recovery processes to safeguard against data loss.
-Work with vendors and third-party service providers for hardware, software, and maintenance contracts.
-Lead the planning, configuration, testing, and rollout of new systems.
Personal Profile
-Degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification (MCSA/MCSE).
-Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
-Proficiency in Windows/Linux server management (VMware, Hyper-V).
-Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
