The Job:
-Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth marketing and CVM strategies focused on upsell, cross-sell, retention, and win-back initiatives for the assigned business area.
-Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using campaign management platforms. Leverage digital channels, app-based notifications, social media, email, SMS, and telesales.
-Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and business intelligence to analyze consumer behavior and design campaigns/offers that drive customer upsell and retention.
-Innovative Growth Hacking: Implement innovative growth hacking and communication strategies to expand different customer segments.
-Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and multivariate testing to identify the most effective offers and campaigns, maximizing customer value.
-Revenue Growth: Drive incremental revenue targets by leveraging multiple growth levers and strategies.
-Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on campaign performance and incremental results regularly to management.
-AI & ML Integration: Effectively use AI and ML-based models and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
-Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest growth hacking techniques and tools, sharing best practices with the team.
-Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate growth progress and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
The Person:
-BSc Degree in Marketing or Business Management/Statistics
-Minimum 2-3 Years’ Experience in a similar capacity
-Experience in customer lifecycle management
-Knowledge of business market concepts and principles
-Experience in advanced analytics Experience in using advanced excel with SQL/Tableau/ Power BI
-Knowledge on Product management
-Excellent analytical skills and knack for data analysis
-Digital channel management
-Strong prioritization, organisation and project management skills
-Strong written and verbal communication Skills
-Innovative thinking and creative problem solving
