Job Profile:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and assessing to onboarding to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition Practices Apply best-in-class methods for attracting, evaluating, and selecting top candidates. Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Compliance, Market Awareness, and Efficiency Stay abreast of industry trends and labour law updates to ensure compliance. Drive cost-effective hiring through automation, digitization, and process optimization.
- Relationship Building and Agility: Foster strong partnerships with external recruitment platforms and agencies. Navigate a high-paced, agile environment while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
- Employer Brand Development and Cultural Advocacy: Design and communicate a compelling EVP by producing engaging, consistent content across platforms. Foster a vibrant internal culture by empowering employees as brand ambassadors and promoting authentic workplace experiences.
- Strategic Integration and Data-Driven Enhancement Align branding initiatives with recruitment goals through collaboration with marketing and events. Leverage analytics and market insights to continually refine employer branding strategies and report measurable impact to leadership.
Applicant's Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or corporate
- communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and employer review sites.
- Experience with data analysis and using metrics to assess the impact of branding efforts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
