Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base within the maritime industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role within the Maritime industry is mandatory.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a customer base within similar companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
