Financial Controller – Litro Gas Limited Colombo 02

We are looking for a result-oriented, self-motivated male/female to join our team for the above position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Responsibility to Prepare Financial Statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. 
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Conduct regular financial audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. 
• Credit Management Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems. 
• Mentor and develop the finance team, promoting professional growth and high performance.

Requirements:

• UGC approved Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. 
• A Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage. 
• Member of the ICASL or ACСA Minimum 08 years of Experience in the corporate sector, including 3+ years in a senior managerial position. 
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance in a corporate setting. 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
