Deputy Head of Fire & Rescue Services - Airport & Aviation Services Limited
Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited is a fully government-owned company with statutory powers to manage and develop international airports in Sri Lanka that are envisioned to be the friendliest aviation partner in global connectivity towards a sustainable economy.
Should be directly reported to the Head of Fire & Rescue Services and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the Division (Operational Efficiency, Administration, Discipline, Training & Welfare)
Qualification and Experience:
- Should have Bachelor's Degree obtained from a University recognized by UGC.
AND
- Master's Degree or higher professional qualification in the relevant field.
AND
- Should possess a minimum of ten (10) years post-qualifying experience in the relevant field in a reputed organization out of which five (05) years should be in a Managerial Level post.
OR
- Should have been a Commissioned officer not below the rank of a Lieutenant Colonel or its equivalent in the Armed forces.
- The Candidate should be fluent in both written and Spoken English.
Age Limit:
- The age limit should be below 55 years on the closing date for applications.
Salary Scale:
- The remuneration package offered to the above post will be attractive. In addition, the selectees will receive attractive fringe benefits.
Method of Selection:
- By an assessment through presentation/interview.
General:
- The selected candidates will have to perform duties at any airport in any part of the Island as and when necessary.
