The Marketing Manager – Private Banking & Inner Circle will lead strategic marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring, growing, and retaining affluent clients. The role involves managing brand messaging across multiple channels, enhancing CRM processes, overseeing budgets and vendor relationships, and executing data-driven campaigns. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a managerial role, with hands-on marketing expertise gained in the banking sector or advertising agencies. A creative self-starter with strong analytical skills, the ideal candidate will be adept at developing 360-degree campaigns and optimizing multi-channel strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Marketing or Brand Management, including at least 3 years in a Deputy Manager or Managerial role.
• Proven experience in executing both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) promotional campaigns.
• A degree from a recognized university or a professional qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) is required.
