We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who will drive innovation and excellence across our digital platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Job Profile:

Digital Product Leadership:

Define and execute the digital product strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead product ideation, design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Obtaining customer and user feedback, working with designers to deliver optimal UI/UX, and conducting back testing to ensure product outcomes are met.
Evaluating, testing, and ensuring the quality of various digital products, including Digital onboarding, mobile banking, online platforms, and customer and merchant applications.
Conduct market and user research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
Develop product roadmaps and manage product backlogs using Agile methodologies.

Automation Strategy & Delivery:

Identify and assess business processes for automation potential.
Design and implement automation solutions
Integrate AI/ML capabilities where applicable to enhance automation outcomes.
Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with internal policies.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

Collaborate with business units, IT, vendors, and external partners to deliver digital initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to promote adoption and engagement.
Performance & Optimization
Define and monitor KPIs for digital products and automation projects.
Analyze user feedback and system data to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on project status and impact.

Special Skills:

Sufficient knowledge in product management or product analyst roles
Exposure to design platforms and agile practices

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years with preferably 2 + years’ experience in Digital platforms or products, and exposure into fintech, banking, finance or insurance is an added advantage
Job-specific degree or a part qualification (completion of the 2nd stage)
