Role Description:
 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Colombo 03. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records, helping with recruitment processes, coordinating employee benefits, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and assisting with personnel management tasks. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure efficient and effective HR operations within the company.

Qualifications:
 

• Human Resources (HR) skills and knowledge
• Experience in HR Management and understanding of HR Policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant coursework or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
