We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as Senior Manager / Risk Management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments at both institutional and group levels to identify and analyze potential risks. Updating and maintaining the risk register on a quarterly basis. 
• Developing risk management controls and systems and designing processes to eliminate or mitigate risks. Ensuring risk exposures are aligned with the board-approved risk appetite levels. 
• Reviewing and monitoring the operational risk governance framework. 
• Assessing the risk levels of investments undertaken by the entity. 
• Reporting risk-related matters to the Audit Committee in a timely manner. 
• Liaising with internal and external auditors, as well as relevant regulatory bodies. 

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree and a master's degree or a recognized professional qualification in a relevant field from a recognized university/institution.
• A minimum of twelve years of work experience in a relevant field, out of which at least two years of experience in a similar capacity or six years at a managerial level in a reputed organization. 
• Strong communication, project management, problem-solving, and supervisory skills.
