Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and preparation of Customs Declaration forms for international shipments.
• Follow up and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance. 
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to logistics and customs clearance. 
• Support the logistics team in optimizing the supply chain process and improving operational efficiency.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Undergraduate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or International Trade.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and customs procedures.
