Executive - Operations Analyst - Linea Aqua Hanwella

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to build a strategic link between the unit’s capabilities and the business objectives by contributing to profitability and controlling cost, whilst recognizing opportunities and rapidly changing business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the budgeting process, obtain relevant information and finalize the budgets in a timely manner.
• Establishing & Driving Data Culture in the manufacturing in order to get a better reflection and accuracy in the data and provide necessary support from the top management to the staff below to read, analyze and use them for decision making and forecasting.

• Prepare Weekly & Monthly reports on budgets, KPI charts for each department in order to monitor and compare, and a customer complaints register. Also, prepare ad hoc reports on business performance and customer analysis.
• Coordinate with the MOS team to foster a MOS culture and monitor all process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability of the current processes while supporting the teams for the necessary overall improvements.
• Facilitate the preparation of Hoshin Kanri, support the formulation of KPIs and A3S to ensure a timely achievement of the overall business objectives.
• Facilitate visits made by customers, analyze the behaviour of each customer and attend to their needs. Also, prepare strategic business presentations and reports for the meeting.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree in Finance or Business Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity (Operational-related experience would be an added advantage)
• Textile or clothing technology would be an added advantage.
• Excellent Communication, Analytical & People Management Skills.
