Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates as an Account Manager-Bulk. This role would enable you to effectively administer the overall capacity management of the account by developing, implementing, sustaining and improving operational processes and procedures whilst maintaining cordial relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the flow of operations from the receipt of inquiries to the delivery of goods occurs in a timely and efficient manner, meeting customer and business expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-going support and guidance to the teams to guarantee raw materials ordered meet customer requirements and are delivered well within the stipulated timeframe thereby supporting the smooth flow of operations and achievement of set KPI’s for the business and organisation.
- Manage the critical path activities by resolving process glitches and ensuring zero down time in order to meet organisational objectives and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships while consolidating supplier and customer-related liabilities to ensure smooth operations through accurate accounting and profitability management, timely provision of management information, recovery of failure costs, effective management of customer and supplier lead times, and accurate delivery confirmations to customers.
- Maintain and share details on supplier performance by conducting supplier evaluations and collating feedback sent from sourcing team so as to identify/evaluate suppliers on performance and maintain effective business relationship.
- Work in collaboration with internal and external teams to assist in timely delivery of orders, maximum capacity utilization, minimum sales target deviations to ensure smooth order management and healthy contribution to the bottom line.
- Develop and sustain effective customer relationships and retention strategies by ensuring regular communication with customers, customer representatives and business units in order to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Monitor team performance, provide performance improvement feedback, work with management to develop development plans, assist in identifying the training needs of the team so as to enhance operational excellence and achieve organisational goals & objectives.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer’s business/buying procedures/seasonal calendar and identify appropriate service levels for each customer to ensure that product offerings/ presentations are in line with or exceed customer expectations.
- Be informed of industry and consumer trends and use this information to offer customers more attractive products/ solutions thereby improving customer relationships and increasing growth opportunities.
- To participate in the preparation of the annual customer budget and carry out periodic reviews in order to ensure that expenses are in line with projections.
- Take the lead and drive/identify new projects/ initiatives for the unit whilst working in a collaborative team to deliver on set project initiatives in order to drive continuous performance, agility and excellence among the unit and organisation as a whole.
Qualifications:
- A degree or a professional qualification in Marketing with 4 to 5 years’ experience in Merchandising
