About the Role:

Based at the Dialog Head Office and reporting to the Senior Platform Evangelist, you will champion the Ideamart platform and its capabilities to a diverse audience, including developers, startups, enterprises, and educational institutions. A key part of this role involves actively promoting "Ideamart for Women" and fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for female developers and entrepreneurs.

What you'll do:

• Champion the Platform: Promote Ideamart APIs and services to various audiences, including developers and educational institutions. Advocate specifically for "Ideamart for Women".
• Grow the Community: Build a vibrant online and offline community. Engage with developers through various channels. Organise and lead events like workshops and hackathons. Support and foster an inclusive environment for female developers.
• Create Content: Develop technical content such as tutorials, blog posts, and code samples. Showcase successful projects, especially those from "Ideamart for Women".
• Speak Publicly: Represent Ideamart at industry events and universities. Deliver engaging presentations and technical sessions. Be a visible spokesperson for "Ideamart for Women" at diversity events.
• Gather Insights: Collect feedback from the developer community to improve the platform. Identify challenges and opportunities for female developers to enhance the "Ideamart for Women" initiative.
• Collaborate Strategically: Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams.

What you'll need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in a similar role, like Product Manager, Platform Evangelist, or Community Manager. Proven public speaking and presentation skills. Experience in content creation.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with Ideamart or similar API platforms. Understanding of challenges and opportunities for women in tech.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of APIs and cloud technologies. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong community-building and networking abilities. Self-motivated and a team player. Passion for innovation and an inclusive tech ecosystem.
