As a result of our determined business expansion plan, to support our growing customer base, we are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technical Executives who can deliver professional technical briefings and uplift confidence within our EV customers.

Technical Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical briefings for customers on EV features, functions, and performance.
• Provide technical support during sales discussions and vehicle handovers.
• Assist in answering customer queries on EV operations, charging, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the service and sales teams to ensure accurate technical communication.
• Maintain updated knowledge on EV technologies and industry developments.

Candidate Profile:

• Technical knowledge in automobiles, electrical, or mechanical systems (NVQ / vocational training or equivalent is acceptable)
• Previous experience in the automobile EV sector will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical details in a customer-friendly manner.
• Freshers with a good technical background are encouraged to apply.
