Your Role:

As our Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for:

• Risk Assessment, Planning & Compliance:
• Identifying financial, operational, and compliance risks, developing internal audit plans, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Financial Audits & Accuracy:
• Reviewing financial statements, transactions, and processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Operational & Process Audits:
• Conducting audits across e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, farms, bakery, and warehouse operations to optimize efficiency.
• Fraud Prevention & Control:
• Identifying irregularities, investigating discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions.
• Policy & SOP Compliance:
• Ensuring company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are adhered to across all departments.
• Reporting & Recommendations:
• Providing audit reports with actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: CA, Bachelor's in Accounting would be an added advantage.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in the audit of ERP systems.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Experience: 10+ years in internal auditing, preferably in e-commerce, agriculture, retail, or manufacturing industries.
