Linea Aqua is a swimwear manufacturer, established as a joint venture between MAS Holdings and Speedo International in 2001. Linea Aqua operates across Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and in addition to swimwear, also offers activewear solutions to select customers, providing a comprehensive service across performance and lifestyle categories. Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land’s End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes.

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support in daily audits of 5S and Data tracking sheets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain 5S and visual management.
Prepare reports for management decision-making.
Support to achieve the MOS Calibration phase.
Support day-to-day operations as per the needs of the department.
Support in daily audits of 5S and Data tracking sheets.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Degree or diploma in a relevant field (Apparel Manufacturing) or a Qualification in management.
Need good communication skills and Data analytics skills.
Power BI would be an added advantage.
Presentation skills.
