KEY RESPONSIBILITIES,
- Ensure a proactive approach to monitoring absenteeism to maintain a productive workforce
- Maintain meticulous records accurately to uphold organizational integrity.
- Engage in special HR-related projects, contributing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS,
- Undergraduate degree in HR or Management (or related field) preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
