Executive - Planning Sample Operations - MAS Intimates Ratmalana

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the Technical Operation team as an Executive Planning Sample Operations to Conduct Sample Planning at MDS by ensuring a structured planning process is followed with Annual (Budget) & Weekly forecasted plan aligned with the business teams, ensuring optimal usage of sampling capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Business teams and operational teams to align operational execution and Finalize the Loading plan.
• Review available sample room Capacity and progress of previous loaded with Sample room planners and finalize loading plan to meet the delivery dates requested by each account's forecast and their priority base.
• Prepare the most feasible Loading plan considering factors such as resource availability/skill, Prerequisites for sewing, type of garment, critical path and the quality level required to facilitate on-time delivery by minimizing the downtime.
• Prepare weekly /Monthly/ Annual reports on sample room performance, downtime and sample on time hit rates and Budget hit rates using data gathered through the PLM system and Excel Forecast data.

Knowledge and Skills:

• B.Sc. Engineering textile & Clothing, Physical Science or Equivalent Qualification.
• Planning Exposure will be an added advantage.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in the similar capacity
