Job Description

Responsible for the design and production of high-quality presentations, with a primary focus on Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Suite. Strong graphic design skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and visually compelling presentations. The work will be showcased at (international) events, webinars, and company-wide meetings.
 

Domain:

• Works closely with the Marketing team and key stakeholders to gather requirements early in the design process, ensuring the final product effectively supports communication goals.
• Develop high-quality presentations in PowerPoint with an eye for design, layout, and animation.
• Transform complex ideas and data into visually stunning graphics and slides.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment with corporate visual standards.
• Work closely with teams to understand project objectives and deliver clear, engaging presentations.
• Design supporting graphics, infographics, and illustrations for presentations and other creative assets.
• Collaborate with Ultimo’s Senior Graphic Designer to create new design concepts for our brand and bring them to life in our externally-facing presentations.
• On occasion, support ad hoc graphic design projects that may include infographics, social cards and campaign assets.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on Power Point presentations
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to produce polished, high-impact presentations.
• Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong communication skills to understand client presentation needs and objectives, to present design rationale and to clarify and implement feedback.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into visually engaging designs.
• Experience with visual storytelling, typography, and branding principles.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of animation and transitions in PowerPoint is a plus.
• Higher Professional Education (HBO) or University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
