Educational Qualifications:
Passing six subjects at once with credit passes in four subjects including Sinhala / Tamil, Mathematics and English in the General Certificate of Education Examination (O/L) and at least three subjects in the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level Examination (A/L).
Other Qualifications:
- Having completed and passed a computer course of not less than one year at a recognized government institution.
- Must be a permanent resident of the North Western Province.
- Not less than 18 years of age and not more than 45 years of age.
