Seller Compliance Officer at Daraz

Your role is to:
- Engage in seller compliance investigations and implement process improvements in order to reduce quality-related claims.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure increased seller satisfaction.
- Run bi-weekly seller score card and identify the sellers in the order limits & initiate corrective action.
- Attending to customer complaints related to issues with products and warranty claims.
- Attending to seller concerns related to score card penalizing and other penalty charges.
A little bit about you:
- Following bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relative.
- Communication skills in English, Sinhala or Tamil.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Software programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and Google applications.
- Highly punctual in delivering work according to deadlines and methodical planning.
- Adaptable, multi-tasking and flexible to ongoing developments/ demands of work.
- A team player and the ability to work under pressure.
