Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans that encompass branding, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights.
- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and industry data to inform marketing strategies.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, such as blogs, social media, email, and webinars.
- Develop content strategies to educate, engage, and convert target audiences.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in marketing management, with a track record of driving business growth and success.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure, provide solutions to customers and resolve problems.
