The Role:

As Manager – HR, you will head HR operations for the business and play a key role in shaping the employee experience and building a strong, performance-driven culture. You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Championing employee wellbeing, recognition, engagement, and continuous improvement in HR processes to build a motivated workforce.
• Foster a strong culture of health and safety within the business, implementing proactive measures to ensure a safety of people and property
• Driving initiatives in diversity, equity & inclusion, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Partnering with business leaders to align HR practices with strategic objectives.
• Leading succession planning, learning & development, and talent management to build strong future pipelines.
• Enhancing employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
• Effective workforce planning and management to enhance productivity and operational efficiency

About You:

• A degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field is preferred; CIPM/SHRM/CIPD qualification is an added advantage.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
• Proven experience in driving HR operations, employee engagement, and culture transformation.
• Hands-on experience in employee relations and good knowledge of local labour laws.
• A passion for people development and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
