Job Description

Regional Development Bank, as the premier state-owned development bank in Sri Lanka with a network of 272 branches islandwide, invites applications from experienced professionals with relevant qualifications and exceptional leadership skills for the following posts.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

Should have one of the following qualifications,

a degree from a recognized University with a postgraduate qualification postgraduate diploma in a relevant field

full professional qualifications in banking
Should have eight years' experience in Banking at the Senior Management level
Possess strong competencies in development banking, banking operations, credit risk management, and financial and marketing aspects of banking business.
Knowledge and experience in recovery, deposit growth, advertising and business promotion and branch operations to achieve the objectives of the bank.
Possess excellent people management and leadership skills.

below 57 years
