Role Profile
- Engage and assist C-Level with external and internal reporting activities, contract management, business plans, cost reviews and management of meaningful business metrics for decision making
- Conduct detailed analysis and modelling of company, financial and market information to evaluate Investment, Mergers and Acquisitions opportunities as required
- Lead the execution of research and data analysis to support decision making related to Company’s strategic initiatives, plans and projects
- Create communication materials, strategy papers, and stakeholder co-ordination activities and briefings for multiple stakeholder groups
- Work collaboratively with Management Team, building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to advise on long-term strategic plans and potential investment ideas
- Monitor competitor and industry activities and accurately reports key findings to senior leadership and board members
- Research on the market environment, competitor and market activities and identify opportunities and risks for Company’s strategic direction
- Attends and maintains minutes for key meetings / forums and tracks actions to closure and provides general support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Degree and relevant professional qualification in business, governance, corporate planning and with 5 years job-related experience.
- High level skills in stakeholder management, research, analysis and report writing
- Able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
- Sound planning and time-management skills and able to work on multiple projects
