We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Analyst to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Director, Revenue Management, you will spearhead revenue management strategies tailored for our Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets and banquet facilities. Utilizing your keen analytical skills, you will delve into historical data, market trends, and demand patterns to forecast future revenue and craft pricing strategies that optimize profitability while ensuring competitiveness. Your expertise in demand forecasting will ensure seamless staffing, inventory, and capacity planning, guaranteeing exceptional guest experiences. Through meticulous performance analysis, you will track key metrics such as revenue per available seat and banquet booking conversion rates, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your adeptness in data management and reporting will shine as you collect, organize and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights to management. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will assist in budgeting, planning, and monitoring performance against targets, ultimately contributing to the hotel's success in delivering unparalleled luxury experiences.
