Contract Type: 

• Project Planning and Execution: The project officer assists in the development of project plans, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Documentation and Reporting: The project officer maintains project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, meeting minutes, and other project-related materials.
• Stakeholder Communication: The project officer facilitates effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, vendors, and management.
• Risk Management: The project officer assists in identifying and assessing project risks and issues.
• Quality Assurance: The project officer contributes to quality assurance efforts by assisting in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
• Resource Management: The project officer supports resource planning and management activities.
• Change Management: In IT projects, change management is crucial due to evolving technology and user requirements.
• Coordination and Collaboration: The project officer fosters collaboration and coordination among project team members.
• Vendor Management: In projects involving external vendors or suppliers, the project officer may be responsible for coordinating and managing vendor relationships.
• Continuous Improvement: The project officer participates in post-project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration/project management is a must.
• Minimum 01 - 02 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project /JIRA
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with leadership qualities
• Proficiency in project management software, collaboration tools, and productivity software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) is typically expected
