About the job
We are looking for a dynamic, result oriented person to be our,
LOYALTY MARKETING JUNIOR EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
· Overall Strategic & growth planning of Spa Ceylon Loyalty programe
· Develop & execute monthly campaign plans for loyalty base
· Loyalty Marketing planning & executions
· Monthly reporting & weekly updates tracking of strategies deliverables KPIs
· Plan, executive & evaluate loyalty monthly offers
· Ensure operational smoothness including technical, promotional & service aspects by coordinate with respective stakeholders.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or another relevant field
· Experience in a similar capacity is preferred
· Possess excellent presentation & negotiation skills
· Strong internal and external communication skills
· Be able to function independently under minimum supervision
· Ability to work under pressure according to timelines
