Over the course of six months, you'll get to: 

• Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless support to clients and internal stakeholders 
• Develop expertise in products, client engagement, business, operations and risk management with one of the areas listed below 
• Contribute to strategic initiatives as part of a larger workstream, while gaining exposure to our products, services and processes 
• Participation in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to facilitate collaboration, networking and behavioural skills development, while contributing to the communities we work in.

• International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB)- Data Analytics 
• IWPB- Customer Value Management 
• Human Resources 
• Chief Operating Office (Operations)

Location: Colombo - Sri Lanka 

Requirements:

• Penultimate year undergraduate from a reputable local or overseas university 
• Applicants pursuing professional or other qualifications must have completed at least one year of their course successfully 
• Fresh graduates with total work experience that is less than 12 months 
• Legally permitted to work in Sri Lanka Be fluent in English and have strong communication skills 
• Knowledge in MS Office
