Job Role

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with the HR team to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
• Initiate and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and assist with their Talent Acquisition needs.
• Partner to create talent attraction initiatives.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed.

Job Requirements

• Reading for a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• Approachable and understanding, with strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (both verbal and written). Tamil proficiency would be an advantage.
• A keen understanding of the employment market.
• General knowledge of employment legislation.
• Proactive and energetic attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Driven and dedicated, with the capacity to see the bigger picture and suggest innovative ideas to attract talent.
