Executive - Planning - MAS Silueta (Biyagama)
Silueta is an innovative solutions provider that has altered the dynamics of the apparel industry, empowering your body to move freely and comfortably while enhancing and safeguarding your movements. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Planning team as an Executive Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update reports / documents / set pre production schedule/ SAP systems in order to facilitate production operations, management decision making.
- Review and analyze actual production against plan and inform relevant personnel about significant deviations in order to ensure corrective action is taken immediately to achieve delivery targets.
- Analyze and review customer confirmation, prepare capacity plans and instruct other production functions, update detailed planning boards / systems / documents and ensure availability of resources and its practical utility in order to facilitate the smooth production operation whilst achieving production targets.
- Schedule / Attend to operation, purchasing, production meetings and discuss / verify production related issues and determine the effective resolution, maintain and make sure the detailed plan is secured two weeks in advance in order to ensure maximum utilization of plant capacities.
Qualifications, Experience, Skill and Competencies:
- Degree in Engineering Field.
- 2 years work experience in a similar field.
- Knowledge in production functions.
