We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the establishment of a “Lean culture” by implementing effective MOS initiatives, refining/ modifying existing practices whilst driving specific one or two initiatives within all business units thereby managing data analysis and tracking the achievement of business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the assigned initiatives /projects as per the given timelines by coordinating with all relevant teams in order to support the alignment of their practices as per the LEAN calibration tool/Business priorities.
• Conduct 5-day Kaizens, problem-solving activities and workshops for identified plants in order to improve their TPM-related KPIs such as downtime, defects due to machinery etc. thereby, facilitating business impacts.
• Provide necessary data analysis and information to the management and Group lean Enterprise team with regard to lean-related KPIs and initiatives
• Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Degree in engineering /Physical science or Textile and Clothing
• Minimum Yellow belt/ALT
• 1 - 2 years of experience in LEAN systems/ TPM related areas at a Plant level (Advantageous)
• Good Communication and Coordination skills
• IT Literacy
