Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Provides support to the team by co-ordinating meetings, printing materials, taking minutes and maintaining accurate action and decision logs
- Supports accurate and detailed risk logging in line with risk processes, ensuring all risk assessments are carried out as and when required
- Supports project and programme managers by monitoring the records of project resourcing requirements and capacity to support resource optimisation
- Assists project governance by creating governance packs, status reports and documenting key decisions with a holistic view of the status and health of projects
Maintains the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems and identifies improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Following a degree in Management, IT or Project Management
