· Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Management or any other similar professional qualification in a related field.
· Proven track record of at least 8+ years of experience in distribution channel management, preferably in IT-related products.
· Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful distribution strategies.
· Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster strong partner relationships with IT product dealers in the market.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to make decisions.
