Educational Qualifications:
- Should have passed six (06) subjects in G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) Examination in not more than two sittings.
Professional Qualifications:
- Should have followed a course relevant to the trade and obtained a Certificate from a Technical College approved by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission and experience in a reputed Institution in the relevant field will be treated as an additional qualification.
Age Limit:
- Applicants should be not more than 50 years. Age limit is not applicable to internal applicants.
Salary Scale:
- PL2 - Grade Ill: Rs. 34,090 - 10 x 365 - Rs. 37,740/- p.m.
Method of Selection:
- Through an Efficiency Trade Test and an Interview.
Term of Employment:
- Permanent and entitled for EPF and ETF rights.
- In addition, allowances paid in the government sector and additional allowances approved by the Board will also be paid.
