Job Description

Vacancies exist in Men's Cricket for highly skilled Individuals in the following categories:

National Men's Team - Batting Coach
National Men's Team - Fielding Coach
National Men's Team - Spin Bowling Coach

Qualifications:

Level 3 Coach Accreditation Certificate
Proven coaching track record
Demonstrable experience with skill analysis and implementing skill development strategies
Experience in athlete talent identification and development processes
First-class cricket playing experience
Representing national teams at different levels would be an added advantage
Exceptional planning, coordination, and organizing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Compulsory knowledge and expertise in technology in the modern game
Strong work ethic is essential

General Information:

In addition to working within a team environment, the coaches should be prepared to work independently and during irregular hours. If you are a team player with the drive and initiative to perform with minimal supervision and are willing to work in a team-oriented environment, you could be the person we are looking for.
