Customer Support Executive

Minimum Requirements
• Qualified in A/Ls and following a relevant diploma/degree.
• Computer literate and conversant with MS – Office, hardware, software,
networking systems.
• A dynamic team player and willing to work hard with a positive attitude.
• Should be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the similar field.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Obtaining client information through excellent communication skills via
telephone and email.
• Handling the customer notification process and customer feedbacks.
• Updating customer databases in a comprehensible way in order to keep accurate
• Strong understanding of the importance of data protection and adherence to
process when handling personally identifiable information.
Working days and Hours

  • Working days are Monday to Saturday (Saturday Half day)
  • Working Hours 11AM to 8PM (Saturday 11AM to 3PM)
