Responsible for entering the processed orders received from sales and order management and acts as a liaison between order management and the billing department. The Contract Management Clerk provides excellent customer service and ensures the creation of an accurate contract to enable the billing so invoices can be generated. They ensure required leasing documentation obtained is the correct one prior creating the contract. They are also responsible for working on addendums, equipment removals and contract cancellations. This position will work closely with sales, order management, billing and administration staff.
