Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve the set sales targets and KPI’s within the stipulated period
  • Manage your field time effectively and efficiently in generating new businesses
  • Create / Manage / Nurture / Maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous sales growth
  • Provide relevant Market / Competitor feedback on a regular basis to your respective lead
  • Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective Ad posting / Boosting at the right times
  • Provide the highest level of service to customers with the support of relevant SBUs
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic at all times

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing including Field sales exposure. Freshers with passion in sales are also welcome
  • Relevant academic qualifications for the position including A/L
  • Proficiency in two languages – Sinhala & English – Tamil would be an added advantage
  • Valid rider license with a motor bike is mandatory
  • Priority will be given for those who resides in or around Colombo, Kalutara, Kandy, Galle, Matara
