Your role is to:
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer needs and preferences, and leverage this information to develop branding strategies that resonate with the target audience.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that branding is integrated into product design and packaging.
• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns for all FMCG brands that incapsulate the brand identity and simultaneously engage a large number of customers.
• Manage budgets and track performance metrics to ensure that branding efforts are cost-effective and delivering ROI.
• Plan and execute campaigns for FMG brands and clusters based on customer insight, data, and market insight.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continually seek out opportunities to improve branding efforts and drive growth.
Candidate Skill Requirements
• Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management from a recognized university.
• Having a relevant network of industry contacts with major brand retailers, wholesalers, importers, manufacturers and exporters.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of work experience in a similar industry / position.
• FMCG category-specific experience and knowledge are required.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Conversant with the MS Office package.
