We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive, responsible for handling HR, Administration, and Finance tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR-related documentation..
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Assist in basic financial tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Support financial record-keeping and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team on budget monitoring and reporting.
- You possess a degree in Human Resources and/or a related discipline with at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
- A professional qualification/certification in HR would be an advantage.
- Should possess at least 3 years of experience in the field human resources especially with hands on experience in employee engagement and Labour law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Sinhalese and Tamil.
