About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive, responsible for handling HR, Administration, and Finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR-related documentation..
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Assist in basic financial tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Support financial record-keeping and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on budget monitoring and reporting.


  • You possess a degree in Human Resources and/or a related discipline with at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • A professional qualification/certification in HR would be an advantage.
  • Should possess at least 3 years of experience in the field human resources especially with hands on experience in employee engagement and Labour law.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Sinhalese and Tamil.
