We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Stewarding to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Manager, Stewarding, you will oversee the daily operations of the Kitchen Stewarding team, ensuring the upkeep of a clean and efficient operational environment. Your responsibilities will include adhering to brand standards and relevant F&B criteria set by the F&B management, as well as playing a pivotal role in establishing and executing comprehensive cleaning schedules for optimal cleanliness in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) areas. Your duties extend to maintaining and improving service quality and productivity, strategically reducing operating equipment and other costs within the Stewarding department. Leading and training the Stewarding team will be part of your role, fostering a secure working environment, and fostering effective collaboration with other departments.
