Supervising documentation related to recruitments and resignations.
Carrying out performance evaluations of sales management.
Preparing monthly work dashboards and supervising databases/record keeping.
Meeting deadlines of the department by prioritizing the daily work tasks.
Carrying out administrative tasks related to the division.
Arranging meetings, trainings and other special programmes.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
Conducting day-to-day operations of the department.
A Bachelor’s Degree in business management or a related field and /or a professional qualification.
Minimum 06 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in a similar job role in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Exceptional Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
