Assistant Manger/ Senior Executive – Integrated Reporting and Sustainability

  • Preparation of Company’s Integrated Annual Report and Sustainability Reports
  • Identify research needs in integrated reports, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify information gaps
  • Design sustainability initiatives, collection of sustainability performance information periodically and identify and track relevant sustainability matrices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal departments to ensure the implementation of Company's initiatives, policies & programs
  • Knowledge on sustainability principles and practices (Integrated Reporting Standards, GRI Standard disclosures, knowledge of the SASB IFRS S1 and S2 will be an added advantage)
  • Coordinate with external partners & organizations advocating sustainability initiatives within the Company, facilitate knowledge marketing and training
  • Plan, develop and implement strategic CSR projects for the company in line with the ESG Strategy

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university (Degree should be in areas relevant to Management, Sustainability, Business analysis or in any of the engineering disciplines)
  • CA, CIMA, ACCA part qualification or MBA or Masters in relevant field will be an added advantage
  • High level of interpersonal skills together with excellent communication in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an added advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience related to Sustainability standards and integrated Reporting standards
