AMW Capital Leasing and Finance PLC is a finance company registered under the central bank of Sri Lanka and a subsidiary company of AMW Group which is a leading corporate entity in Sri Lanka and the sole distributor for several world renowned automobiles and related brands, under the umbrella of Al-Futtaim Group, Dubai UAE.

AMW Capital Leasing currently comprises of 22 branches and is in the process of expanding its network to serve our customers better

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible in preparation of action plan for the branch to achieve overall objectives and driving the team in achieving the KPIs set by the management which includes Execution, Collection, IRR, and Profitability targets.
  • Ensure that branch is managed smoothly aligned with company standard procedures, regulations while maintaining overheads.
  • Identify training and development needs of branch staff and coordinate with relevant authorities to provide the required training.
  • Responsible to enhance market share & image of the company in respective territory by implementing innovative initiations and conduct brand image building campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Responsible to deliver highest level of customer service and submit management reports as and when needed to make decisions at different levels, analysis, comparisons etc.
  • Ensure Audit ratings of the Branch is within given guidelines/risk parameters.
  • All Branch Credit files needs to be thoroughly analyzed and routed to credit Authorities for recommendation/approval.

Key Requirements

  • Successfully completed a qualification in credit management from a recognized institution or fully/part qualified in SLIM/ CIM or a bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 06 years’ experience in a reputed financial institution or a bank in which 02 years at similar capacity
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive the team for exceptional results.
  • Display very good problem solving, communications and decision-making skills and understanding of regulations relevant to the finance industry.
