The Cey-Nor Foundation Limited is a government-owned Sri Lankan company that was originally established to support the fishing community. It is the country's sole state-owned institution specializing in manufacturing fibreglass boats and other marine equipment, with modern boatyards in Mattakuliya and Karainagar. Today, in addition to boat manufacturing, Cey-Nor has expanded to provide comprehensive engineering services for various industries, including civil, mechanical, and electrical projects.
