What you'll do:

  • Create digitised customer forms to simplify internal and external customer experience and data capture.
  • Provide technical consultancy to build robust solutions within delivery timelines
  • Perform quality checks (QC) for solutions produced by the team, and do a run-through of QCs before user acceptance testing to assure the quality of the deliverables
  • Effectively respond to business partners’ concerns/questions, and highlight any business risks identified promptly
  • Ensure that all activities adhere to prevailing HSBC and regulatory standards

 
What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Post-secondary education - either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including demonstrated experience in developing interactive PDF forms with form-side validation.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in advanced HTML, CSS, JS, XML, JSON-based front-end web development.
  • Good knowledge in Adobe LiveCycle Designer/Adobe Experience Manager software.
  • Adobe Acrobat Professional Software and Adobe Reader Software experience required.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into developed artifacts.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead a project and to handle a variety of tasks is crucial.
  • Team-oriented and at the same time has the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Logical thinker and quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
  • Expertise with cross-browser, cross-platform development practices.
  • A flair for design and attention to details
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English
  • Capability to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
  • Structured, systematic working style
  • Positive attitude and keen to learn
  • Flexibility in working different shifts when necessary
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary
