Web Content Manager at HSBC

What you'll do:
- Create digitised customer forms to simplify internal and external customer experience and data capture.
- Provide technical consultancy to build robust solutions within delivery timelines
- Perform quality checks (QC) for solutions produced by the team, and do a run-through of QCs before user acceptance testing to assure the quality of the deliverables
- Effectively respond to business partners’ concerns/questions, and highlight any business risks identified promptly
- Ensure that all activities adhere to prevailing HSBC and regulatory standards
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Post-secondary education - either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including demonstrated experience in developing interactive PDF forms with form-side validation.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in advanced HTML, CSS, JS, XML, JSON-based front-end web development.
- Good knowledge in Adobe LiveCycle Designer/Adobe Experience Manager software.
- Adobe Acrobat Professional Software and Adobe Reader Software experience required.
- Ability to translate business requirements into developed artifacts.
- A demonstrated ability to lead a project and to handle a variety of tasks is crucial.
- Team-oriented and at the same time has the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Logical thinker and quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Comfortable working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Expertise with cross-browser, cross-platform development practices.
- A flair for design and attention to details
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Strong command of both written and spoken English
